Return & Exchange Policy – 7 Days

At 480 Voltios, we back our products and want you to feel good about every order. If something arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges only if the item is defective or if there was an error on our part. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

If your return or exchange is approved, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a gift card. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours.
